Jonathan Weinman, Attorney Mediator

Prior to co-founding Broslavsky & Weinman, Jonathan Weinman was a senior associate at a labor and employment litigation firm in Long Beach specializing in discrimination and wrongful termination cases and wage and hour class actions. Jonathan has been recognized as a Southern California Super Lawyer, Rising Stars Edition, and as a leading wrongful termination lawyer and sexual harassment lawyer. He is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar awards for their clients. Jonathan also has more than a decade of domestic and international dispute resolution experience and training, having served on several mediation panels throughout Southern California, including through the Los Angeles Superior Court and ADR Services, among others. Jonathan previously served as Employment Law Section Co-Chair of the Santa Monica Bar Association and on the Institute for International Mediation and Conflict Resolution. He regularly speaks and writes on labor and employment law matters. Jonathan graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California and earned an M.D.R. from Pepperdine University’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Erasmus University, in Rotterdam, Netherlands before receiving a Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School. Jonathan joined CRD’s Dispute Resolution Division in 2021.
