Civil Rights 101 Webinar Series

Each month, the California Civil Rights Department (CRD) hosts a webinar series on the basics of anti-discrimination laws in California. The webinars are every third Wednesday from 11 AM to 12 PM PT, generally alternating month-to-month between covering issues around discrimination in housing or employment.

The webinar series is geared toward educating tenants, housing seekers, landlords, property managers, housing providers, employers, hiring managers, human resource professionals, workers, job seekers, and the general public of their civil rights and responsibilities under the law. The webinars are free and an excellent opportunity to learn about your rights.

Check the public notices and events section of CRD’s homepage for info on upcoming webinars. You can also get information on upcoming webinars by signing up for CRD’s training and resources alerts mailing list here.
