It provides a factsheet explaining how the law protects all Californians – regardless of immigration status – from discrimination, hate violence, and human trafficking.

The webpage also provides information about how to file a complaint with the Civil Rights Department (CRD), how victims of hate violence can get support (CA vs Hate), and how to receive language assistance.

Finally, this webpage provides information about how to request CRD’s support to access immigration-related protections from the federal government. These federal protections may be available to immigrants who are victims of certain crimes or labor violations, and who assist CRD’s enforcement of the law (deferred action, U visas, and T visas).
