Legal Analyst - The California Civil Rights Department is looking to hire a Legal Analyst! We are rapidly growing as the nation’s largest state civil rights agency. Our Legal Analysts are crucial members of our civil rights mission, providing mission critical litigation and investigative support. We work alongside passionate and dedicated attorneys, investigators, paralegals, and secretaries. The Legal Analyst works under the supervision of a Legal Support Manager, providing complex support in State and Federal civil litigations as well as government investigations. Associate Governmental Program Analyst - The Mission of the Civil Rights Department (CRD) is to protect the people of California from discrimination in employment, housing, and public accommodations, as well as from the perpetration of acts of hate violence. Under the direction of the Business Services Officer, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst is responsible for independently performing analytical work within the Business Services Office in a variety of functions, including the more complex Business Services activities. This position will require 3 or more scheduled in-office days to be established with your supervisor in accordance with Department policy. Candidates who reside outside of the State of California may be admitted to the job interview. However, upon job offer, candidates must provide proof of residence in California prior to their appointment becoming effective, or the offer may be rescinded.
