Amberly Morgan, Mediator

Amberly Morgan joined the CRD as an attorney mediator in 2025 after gaining extensive experience as in-house counsel for a national employer and in private practice litigating employment cases and advising clients on employment matters. She prided herself on helping clients navigate tough legal situations with clarity, empathy, and a calm, solution-oriented mindset and believes strongly in the mediation process for its role in helping parties move beyond their disputes. Before entering private practice, Amberly started her legal career clerking for the Honorable Peter C. Lewis and the Honorable M. James Lorenz in the Southern District of California. Amberly holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
