Joann Selleck, Senior Attorney Mediator

Joann Selleck joined CRD’s Dispute Resolution Division after serving on the DFEH/CRD panel of volunteer mediators where she mediated both employment and housing discrimination cases. Several years ago, after decades as a litigator in private practice, Joann ceased her representation of clients to focus solely on mediation. In addition to her private civil mediation practice, she has served on mediation panels with the San Diego Superior Court and the US District Court for the Central District of CA. She is also on the CA Insurance Dept. mediation panel, mediating disputed insurance claims arising from wildfire damage. Joann received her J.D. from Villanova University and received her dispute resolution training at Pepperdine Law School’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.
