Pamela Cohen, Senior Attorney Mediator

Pamela Cohen began her legal career in 1987, practicing in the areas of mental health law and disability discrimination. She has approached those issues from the perspectives of public policy, education, administrative advocacy and litigation. Most recently, Pam practiced as an attorney at Disability Rights California from 2004-2020. She received her law degree from Columbia University School of Law, served as a Visiting Scholar at Sophia University in Tokyo, and taught as an Adjunct Professor at New York Law School and Stanford Law School. Pam joined CRD’s Dispute Resolution Division as a Senior Attorney Mediator in 2020, working out of the Elk Grove office.
