MICOP labor Law Clinic, January 29, 2026

The Rural Strategic Engagement (RSE) Program provides mobile, “one-stop shop” clinics that offer farmworkers and rural residents direct access to state labor agencies and legal consultations. These clinics streamline the process for workers to file wage theft claims, report safety violations, and learn about their workplace protections. The California Civil Rights Department (CRD) will be there tabling to provide information on anti-discrimination laws and assist individuals in filing complaints related to workplace harassment or civil rights violations.
