The OCAPICA – Stop the Hate Regional Convening is a collaborative initiative aimed at addressing hate crimes and supporting survivors of hate incidents. It is a regional lead for the California Department of Social Services’ Stop the Hate initiative, which partners with 24 organizations to provide services such as prevention, intervention, and support for victims and survivors of hate crimes. The initiative focuses on enhancing community safety and fostering healthy neighborhoods by uniting diverse communities to combat hate.
