Nina Paul, Assistant Chief Counsel of Dispute Resolution

Nina joined the CRD as an Assistant Chief Counsel in the Dispute Resolution Division in September 2022. She previously worked as an employment lawyer for the U.S. Social Security Administration, a managing attorney for the U.S. Postal Service, and a plaintiff’s side employment litigator in private practice. Nina received her B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
