Tina Walker, Assistant Deputy Director of Enforcement



Tina Walker has served since 2018 as the Assistant Deputy Director of the Enforcement Division with responsibility over CRD’s investigations of employment discrimination. Ms. Walker began working at CRD in 1999, where she has served as a Consultant (investigator), Supervisor, District Administrator, Regional Administrator, and Assistant Deputy Director. Prior to joining CRD, Ms. Walker worked in the field of workers’ compensation as a claims adjustor for seven years. Ms. Walker represents CRD in various aspects of its operations with public stakeholders, and has played a key role in developing and implementing policy and procedures in specialized investigative work. Ms. Walker serves as a CRD liaison with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and participates in joint investigative efforts on dual-filed investigations. Ms. Walker holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
