Robert Isenberg, Assistant Deputy Director of Enforcement

Robert Isenberg has served as the Assistant Deputy Director of the Enforcement Division since November 2024 and has responsibility over CRD’s investigations of employment discrimination. Mr. Isenberg began working at CRD in 2015 and has consistently demonstrated dedication, expertise, and a passion for the department’s mission. Over the years, he has served in many roles within the Enforcement Division, including as an investigator, supervisor, and District Administrator. Before joining CRD, Robert worked in various roles for Children and Family Services and was a certified forensic interviewer. Robert attended Fresno State University where he studied Public Administration and Sociology.
