Resources
Educating Californians about our civil rights laws is one of the primary goals of the Civil Rights Department (CRD), in order to help ensure everyone is aware of their rights and obligations, and to help prevent discrimination from even occurring. CRD provides a range of educational resources, including email updates, electronic and print publications, visual media, and training. You can also contact CRD directly with questions or requests.
Request a Speaker or Training
Request a CRD representative attend and speak at your event or training with the Speaking Engagement Request Form (PDF).
Employment Round Tables
The goal of the CRD’s Employment Round Tables is to reduce discrimination and promote equal opportunity. There are three regional employment Round Tables in the state that meet several times a year to discuss strategies to create awareness of the problems of discrimination, harassment and retaliation in employment.
